Before you chat with Bertha
She is an AI guide, not a person, and she can make mistakes — check anything important with your hosts or with the business itself. To help improve her, the text of your questions and her answers is logged for up to 60 days and then deleted. No name, phone, email or reservation information is collected or stored.
She will never give out door codes, the Wi-Fi password or the hot-tub lock. Those come with your check-in instructions.
Bertha is in beta. She answers from the house guide and a checked list of Deep Creek places — if she does not know, she will say so.
